NLX & CO ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Creator Deal Studio and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

Account data: name, email, profile photo, and plan status you provide at signup.
Usage data: search sessions, saved brands, campaign pages, and AI edit counts.
Payment data: processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
Content you create: campaign pages, exports, and pitch materials.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the Platform, enforce plan limits, improve tools, process payments, and provide support. AI features may send prompts and page content to configured AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini) solely to generate or edit your materials.

4. Storage

Account information is stored securely using our authentication and database providers. Usage data and exported campaign pages are stored on our hosting environment.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to run the Platform (e.g., Stripe, SerpAPI, AI providers) and when required by law.

6. Your Choices

You may update your profile in Account settings, manage workspace preferences in Settings, and contact us to request deletion of server-stored exports associated with your account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
