Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing NLX & CO Business Marketing ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

NLX & CO provides tools to search local businesses, generate professional business pages, share them with clients, and manage projects, payments, and analytics. The Platform does not guarantee client contracts or revenue.

3. Access Plans

Basic access is a monthly subscription ($20/month, billed through Stripe while your subscription is active). Premium will be offered as a separate monthly plan when available. Plan features and usage limits are described at purchase. We may update limits or pricing with reasonable notice.

You may cancel anytime from your Account page or the Stripe billing portal. Access stays active through the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, scrape protected data, impersonate others, or use generated materials to misrepresent partnerships. You are responsible for outreach you send to brands.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Basic access is billed at $20 per month while your subscription is active. Unless required by applicable law, fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins. Manage or cancel your plan from your Account page. 6. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content should be reviewed before being shared with brands. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of all materials they send. We do not warrant that AI output is error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLX & CO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
