1. Agreement
By accessing Creator Deal Studio ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Service Description
NLX & CO provides tools for content creators to discover brand opportunities, score partnership potential, and generate campaign pitch materials. The Platform does not guarantee brand deals, sponsorships, or revenue.
3. Access Plans
Access is sold as time-limited plans (Basic or Premium). Plan features, usage limits, and duration are described at purchase. We reserve the right to update limits with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Platform, scrape protected data, impersonate others, or use generated materials to misrepresent partnerships. You are responsible for outreach you send to brands.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. Unless required by applicable law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access begins. Contact nlxco.shop@gmail.com for billing questions.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content should be reviewed before being shared with brands. Users remain responsible for the accuracy of all materials they send. We do not warrant that AI output is error-free.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NLX & CO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
